My inspiration to create The Gloss: The Ultimate Business Glossary for Interior Designers came from knowing the struggle that interior designers experience while growing their business without having to compromise what they value most.

I'm on a mission to empower designers with the entrepreneurial acumen needed for a strong business, financial security, personal wealth, and industry prestige.

I've met hundreds of designers who, like me, have gone through big personal challenges, like divorce, family addiction, and financial struggles, while also juggling children and a growing brand.

I built my small firm to one with revenue well over $4.5M in order to give me and my family real freedom and peace.

Who exactly is The Level Up Lounge for?
Interior Designers who range in experience levels between just starting out to extensive experience but need a re-boot of their business. Revenue levels vary but most members are below $300K annual revenue.

Our members want to have a quality life and a fulfilling business. Because of this, growth mindset, living with purpose and ambition are other commonalities.
I don’t have a lot of time to devote, is that a problem?
We recommend a MONTHLY minimum of 2 live events and allowing around 1 hour of WEEKLY action/implementation per week. It's optional to pop in for as many of the ‘extras’ that you’d like.
What are the live calls about and what's the schedule?
The Live 1 hour 'Core' Sessions include:
* 2nd Thursday: Monthly Focus Topic Training
* 3rd Thursday: Get Shiz Done Co-working Session
* 4th Thursday: Mentor Q&A Session

They're held at 1 pm EST, Noon CST and 10 am PST unless there’s a holiday conflict. Additional calls will be scheduled in advance. All calls will be recorded if the time doesn't work for you.
Is this a coaching program, and are there 1:1 meetings?
No. It’s a membership program that’s has an interactive mentor program and education component.

In many ways it will feel like an elevated coaching program yet there are no 1:1 meetings, no done-for-you services and no individual strategy sessions.

Members will have many opportunities to for individualized feedback and questions every month on a wide variety of topics from marketing, operations, mindset, finance, design tips and more.
How long is the program?
It’s a 12 month commitment. Building a successful business isn’t a one and done thing, so it’s important to allow for a long game growth period.

It will likely take a full year to truly create the habits, systems and mindset shifts that you’ll need to Level Up to multi-6 figures.
